The frequency of sulcal/gyral convolutions in all three planes calculated as the logrithmic least squares regression of surface area against spatial frequency.

complexity_warp_script* Used as a first step in measuring cortical complexity. Warps parametric meshes first into individual lobes of the cortex, so that complexity can be measured across corresponding lobar regions. Meshes are molded to individual sulci.
